Why does your LinkedIn headshot matter so much?
People often underestimate how important the first impression is that you make when someone looks at your LinkedIn profile photo.
All too often, people still use their holiday snaps because they look relaxed in them. We need to bring that “holiday look” into a professional setting, where an authentic presence makes a good and lasting first impression.
Where do I take your photo and what does it cost?
I take portraits both in the studio in Aalsmeer and with a mobile studio that I can bring to you or to another location.
The price per photo is € 180 (including a start-up fee) and € 75 per extra photo, both excl. VAT. In principle I don't charge travel costs within the Randstad, but you pay any parking costs.
How does a LinkedIn headshot shoot work?
A shoot like this often takes no longer than an hour, and if several photos are being taken, you can bring extra outfits. I can also bring in a make-up artist for a business make-up look, which costs € 100. The shoot is relaxed and fun, without unnecessary formalities.
When do you see your photos?
Right after the shoot you can view the photos and choose your favourites. They then go into the online gallery, where you can pick your favourite(s). Only then do I edit them, which gives them a professional finish and a clean look.
Where do I photograph most?
So I prefer to work in the Randstad or just outside it. The places where I'm most active are Amstelveen, Aalsmeer and Amsterdam.
Frequently asked questions
Is a headshot the same as a LinkedIn profile photo?
Almost. A headshot is a business portrait of head and shoulders, and that is exactly what LinkedIn shows.
Can my whole team get corporate headshots?
Yes. I enjoy working for companies with teams and bring the mobile studio to your office.
Do you also work for private clients?
Yes, although I mainly work for companies and freelancers. My prices are excl. VAT; private clients pay 21% VAT on top.
Do you take passport photos?
No, I don't take passport photos. I take business portraits for LinkedIn, your website and your company.
How do I book a shoot?
Via the contact form. Let me know whether you'll come to the studio in Aalsmeer or whether I should come to you with the mobile studio.
