What does an event photographer cost?
I charge € 115 per hour excl. VAT. The length of your programme largely determines the price, and your quote states in advance how many hours I charge.
No travel costs anywhere in the Randstad- Parking at the event venue is at your expense

What does a shoot cost?
Hourly rate
€ 115per hourexcl. VAT
You pay for the shoot and for the editing. Your quote shows in advance how long the shoot takes and how many hours I estimate for the editing.
LinkedIn headshot
€ 180per photoexcl. VAT
Including the start-up fee. A shoot usually takes no longer than an hour.

I mainly work for companies and freelancers. All prices are excl. VAT; private clients pay 21% VAT on top.
How far do I go for a clean event photo?
At an event shoot I recently removed dozens of “emergency exit” signs. They were so ugly and prominent that I could not do that to my client.

Frequently asked questions
How many hours do I need an event photographer for?
That depends on your programme. A three-hour seminar costs less than a conference with drinks, and the quote shows exactly how much.
Do you photograph company parties too?
Yes, from staff parties to anniversaries. I photograph the atmosphere, the speeches and the people.
Can you take a group photo as well?
Yes. Let me know in advance, and we will schedule a fixed moment for it in the programme.

Heel blij met het werk van Joanna! Voorafgaand aan de shoot neemt ze de tijd om je/je werk te leren kennen, zodat de shoot kan plaats vinden in een setting die het meest bij je past.
