What is product photography?
Photos of your products for your webshop, menu, packaging or social media, so your customer sees exactly what they are buying.
Studio or on location?
I photograph small products in my studio in Aalsmeer. Dishes, plants and large items I photograph on site.
Why so clean?
A scratch on a bottle or a crumb next to a cake stands out straight away in a product photo. I remove it.
What does product photography cost?
I charge € 115 per hour excl. VAT. The number of products and the styling determine how many hours your shoot needs.

Preparation
You tell me which products they are and what you need the photos for.
Light and styling
Through careful use of lighting, styling and perspective, every product is shown in the best possible way.
Choosing
You choose your favourites in the online gallery.
Retouching
After that I retouch scratches, crumbs and other distracting details.
Food photography
I photograph dishes fresh from the kitchen, so they look just as tasty as they do on the plate.
What does a shoot cost?
Hourly rate
€ 115per hourexcl. VAT
You pay for the shoot and for the editing. Your quote shows in advance how long the shoot takes and how many hours I estimate for the editing.

Including the start-up fee. A shoot usually takes no longer than an hour.

I mainly work for companies and freelancers. All prices are excl. VAT; private clients pay 21% VAT on top.

Online, your customer cannot hold a product. That is why I pay attention to colour, shine and shape, so it looks on screen the way it does in real life.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also take styled photos?
Yes. For your webshop I take cut-out photos on white, and for social media and your menu I take photos with styling and atmosphere.
Do you photograph dishes too?
Yes, food photography is part of it. I come to your kitchen or restaurant, so the dish is photographed fresh.
What do you do about scratches on my product?
I retouch them away, just like crumbs and other distracting elements.
Can I combine product photos and corporate photos?
Yes, on the same day and at the same hourly rate.

Heel blij met het werk van Joanna! Voorafgaand aan de shoot neemt ze de tijd om je/je werk te leren kennen, zodat de shoot kan plaats vinden in een setting die het meest bij je past.
